5. Third parties who may receive personal data
Depending on what you do in the portal, we may give personal data to the following categories of recipients:
- Merchants: they see what you publish, such as the name, description and images of your app or template and the name of your developer account.
- Service providers: companies that host, protect and support our systems, listed in the privacy overview. Your source code is stored in a repository for your account on our GitLab. Our outgoing email, such as team invitations, is sent through a mail relay that runs on our own servers.

6. Retention
How long we keep data depends on:
- Your account: account data is kept while the account exists and deleted when it is closed.
- Installed versions: versions of an app or template that merchants have installed are kept for as long as they are installed, so that those webshops keep working.
- The law: accounting, tax and other rules can require a longer period.
- Claims: data can be kept while a claim could be made.
7. Your privacy rights and choices
Your rights under the GDPR are described in the privacy overview. You can change your own name and password in the portal. For other requests, write to contact@prodyflow.com. You have the right to:
- Access: ask what data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correction: have inaccurate data corrected.
