These terms are the contract between Weborigo (“we”, “us”), the operator of Prodyflow, and the company or person that signs them. Our company details are in the privacy overview and in the Weborigo privacy notice: https://weborigo.hu/adatkezelesi-tajekoztato
If you use Prodyflow to run your business, the terms for companies apply. If you build apps or webshop templates for Prodyflow, the terms for developers apply. If you do both, both apply.
People who shop in a webshop that runs on Prodyflow do not sign these terms. The webshop's own terms apply to their purchase, and the webshop is responsible for them.
If an individual written agreement with us differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
The content of this website belongs to us or our licensors. You may read it and link to it. You may not copy it to build a competing service or present it as your own.
We take care of the website, but we do not promise that it is free of errors. For the service itself, the terms for companies apply.
These terms and the contracts under them are governed by Hungarian law. The courts competent for our seat decide the disputes.
We may change the terms. We tell you about a change that makes your position worse at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or in the system. If you do not agree, you may terminate the contract before the change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the change. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
