The contract between us and the developers who build apps and webshop templates for Prodyflow.
Last updated: 2026-10-28
These terms apply between us and the developer (“you”) who registers in the Prodyflow developer portal. The developer account has an owner and may have team members. The owner is responsible for the account and the people in it, and every member must give true data and keep their credentials safe.
You may submit apps and webshop templates through the portal. Your source code is stored in a repository for your account. By submitting you confirm that you have the rights to everything in it, that it does not infringe the rights of others, and that it does what its description says.
Every version is scanned automatically and reviewed by us for safety and compatibility before merchants can install it. The scan checks, among other things, the file types, the structure of the template and the restrictions on the template language. We do not promise that a version is approved. We may reject a version, or ask you to correct it.
An approved version is pinned: merchants get exactly the version we approved.
Your apps and templates must not:
Approved apps and templates appear in the catalog, with their name, description, images and the name of your developer account. Merchants install them for their webshops.
If we suspend a template, new installations are blocked, and webshops that have already installed it keep running it.
You keep ownership of your apps and templates. You give us a non-exclusive right to store, scan, review, show and distribute them to the merchants who install them, for as long as they are published or installed. The platform and its tools remain ours.
If your app processes the data of merchants or their customers, you must comply with data protection law, process the data only for the function of the app, and keep it secure. How we handle your own data is described in the privacy notice for developers.
The rules for the API in the terms for companies also apply to you: keep keys confidential, give them only the permissions they need, do not bypass the limits, and expect changes announced 30 days in advance when they break existing use.
Publishing in the catalog is currently free of charge. If we introduce fees or a revenue share, we announce them at least 30 days in advance, and you may withdraw your app or template before they apply.
We may suspend or remove an app, a template or an account if you breach these terms, if there is a security risk, or if the law requires it. You may close your account and withdraw your apps and templates at any time. Versions that merchants have installed stay available to them for as long as they are installed, so that their webshops keep working.
We provide the portal and the catalog as they are, without a promise that they are uninterrupted. We exclude liability for indirect damages to the extent the law permits, except damage caused on purpose or to life, body or health. You are liable for the damage your submission causes to us, to merchants and to their customers.
